Lieutenant Shore "Pi" Pibald is a human mercenary, and a member of Tagon's Toughs. Originally a rank-and-file grunt, he was selected as the official demolitions specialist for the Toughs following the death of Corporal "Pronto" Pontucci. Pi is both respected and feared by his fellow Toughs for his skill and inventiveness with demolitions and his maniacal personality, both of which are demonstrated by his habit of keeping a colony of boomex assemblers as a substitute ant farm.
In later years, he was assigned to Captain Ellen Foxworthy's special ops team, where he would remain as the Toughs' demolitions expert, but noticeably now focusing on small-scale precision explosives to his dismay.[1] However, time to time he is allow set off a nuke or two.[2]
